Yoga Nidra


Yoga Nidra is a powerful relaxation technique. It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going to sleep” stage. It does not involve physical exercise, but is a fully guided practice that is performed lying down. The practice has the same goal as meditation - deep relaxation - and provides an alternative method for those who may struggle with meditation. It is the easiest yoga practice to develop, reduces stress, and promotes well-being.
